These individuals will be responsible for maintaining the quality of our Journal Selector or Conference Authority products. They will provide overall quality control, including editing and proofreading all records, and will also be required to follow up to request selected information by telephone to help us complete database records. Subject to experience, the incumbent(s) will manage a team of data capture operators who are responsible for building and maintaining content for these two key databases.

This senior position will be responsible for networking within our target client base, identifying business opportunities, and working within the client teams to confirm new business.

This position is responsible for capturing and updating information for our databases of biomedical journals and meetings.
